Wearable Art Expo

Entry fee           Nonrefundable fee is $25 for members, $30 for nonmembers for up to 5 pieces.

The Wearable Art Expo will consist of a style show and vendor booths for shopping. Doors will open at 12:30 pm and the style show will start at 1:00 pm. The ticket price for the event will include 2 glasses of wine and hor devores.

All wearable artists are eligible to enter. Wearable art is unique, original one of a kind clothing and/ or accessories. Accessories includes jewelry, hats, belts, shoes  any item meant to be worn.  You do not have to submit complete outfits.

Juror                Entries will be juried by committee.


Jurying. WFAA seeks to feature work which is of the highest caliber in craftsmanship and technical ability as well as providing  visual excitement.

To enter, please complete the entry form below and email your images to Images of clothing should be photographed on a model or dress form. You may submit one image of the front and one additional image of the back or a detail image. Please save images as jpeg files with the highest quality setting with at least 300 ppi. Length on the long side of the image should be approximately 3000 pixels in order to have a clear image. You may enter up to five (5) items in the style show.

You may use your own model, or we can provide models.

Presentation: all accepted work must be sent or delivered to the Wichita Falls Museum of Art by 10:00 pm on November 18th and must be ready to show, Entries being mailed, may be sent to WFAA at 600 8th St, Wichita Falls, TX 76308 prior to November 18, 2022. Artist are responsible for supplying their own insurance.

Shipping: shipping instructions will be sent upon acceptance of your entry. Artists must pay for shipping and insurance costs for delivery and return of any unsold work.

In addition to the style show, we will have 18 8’ x 10’ vendor’s booths, which will include one six foot table and one chair. Participating artists will need to supply your own signage and table covering.

There will be an additional charge of $25 for a vendor booth which is payable upon notification of acceptance.


WFAA will charge a 10% commission on all sales. We do not collect sales tax and taxes are the artist’s responsibility.
